The apartment is divided in two main spaces, first the living room with a nice and spaceful balcony, amerincan style kitchen and bathroom, then the bedroom with another balcony facing the street.
The living room has a 1.50m sofa bed for your use as well.
The bedroom bed is 1'40x1'90m size, new and comfortable.
The apartment is located on a second floor with no lift, around 40 stairs to climb. We will help you with the luggage at your arrival in case it is needed!
Apart from that, the apartment is very bright. It has been fully refurbished recently with a nice old style décor that brings you the memories of the old Madrid.

We always try to leave some basic useful cooking stuff as salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, biscuits, coffee, tea bags, cereals etc for you, thinking on those who arrive late to the city, they can count with some nice breakfast.
The bathroom has one shower and hair dryer. We also provide towels for your use.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, in case of need it there is a self service washing store just across the street.
Professional cleaning and linen provided and included in the booking fare.

As this is a narrow old street there is always some noise coming from outside, specially people chatting, there is almost no car traffic around.
If you come by car please bear in mind that this area is traffic restricted just for working license vehicles and neighbors vehicles. Check on line about the driving and parking restrictions in Madrid city centre.
Please be aware that the apartment is a lively area downtown. And as many places so centrally located can have noise street, specifically from near by bars and can become a bit more bothering in the weekends and during summer time.
Our arrival and departure times are as follows:
=> * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time at which we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11:30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys.
=> * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we see you in the apartment when you arrive).
If you need it you can always store your luggage for a few hours in the lockers of the Atocha train station or in one of the many lockers that are around the city.
*Late check-ins after 22:00h will have an extra charge of 20€ to be payed in cash at your arrival.*

La Latina is one of the most popular areas in Madrid, specially for still having this old town atmosphere and because it is one of the oldest districts in Madrid. It is wonderful just to leave the building and hang around the area, it has a lot to offer. Public transportations

The city center of Madrid is in a walking distance from one point to another. Our recommendation is that if you come to explore the city center of Madrid there is no need to catch any bus or trains. If you go to other areas of Madrid, then near the house you find La Latina underground station (L5), Tirso de Molina underground station (L1) and Lavapies (L3).
The main point of Madrid is in 10' walking distance, there you find (L1, L2, L3) and middle distance trains.
