It is a small apartment of about 20m2. The space is wide and well distributed and there are no doors between the rooms.Guest access
It is completely renovated with everything new.
The kitchen has a washing machine, a cooking hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
The living room has a 1,05m wide sofa bed, a fridge and a flat TV.
The bedroom has a bed 1,20cm wide x 1,90cm long.
Both the kitchen and the living room have a window facing the courtyard of the building.
There is no air conditioning, but in the living room there is a large ceiling fan to cool the apartment.

Our arrival and departure times are as follows:Guest interaction
=> * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time at which we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11:30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys.
=> * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we see you in the apartment when you arrive).
If you need it you can always store your luggage for a few hours in the lockers of the Atocha train station or in one of the many lockers that are around the city.
*Late check-ins after 22:00h will have an extra charge of 20€ to be paid in cash at your arrival.*

Very well located in the center of Madrid, you can walk to the most important points of the city, and if you have to take the Metro or the Train, you have several stations a few minutes from home.
3 minutes walk from Plaza de Lavapies (L3 Metro) and 5 from Plaza de Anton Martin (L1). 15 minutes from Sol (L1, L2, L3), La Latina (L5) and Atocha (L1 and Cercanías and long distance trains).
