Apartment of 30 m2. Distributed in two rooms. The first salon with terrace and kitchenette and the second room with bathroom inside.
The apartment has lots of natural light and is very quiet.
It's on a second floor -without elevator-.
The living room has a large sofa bed 1'60 wide. A table with chairs and a balcony: a great place to enjoy the good weather.
The bed 1'50x1'90m, brand new and really comfy..

Fully equipped kitchen (cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettel, etc..). Plus basic kitchen supplies (salt, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, etc.)
Living room with stereo and TV with DVD.
Terrace with tables and chairs and clothesline.
Bathroom with shower with shower screen and hairdryer.
You will have free tea and coffee.

Our arrival and departure times are as follows:Guest interaction
=> * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time at which we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11:30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys.
=> * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we see you in the apartment when you arrive).
If you need it you can always store your luggage for a few hours in the lockers of the Atocha train station or in one of the many lockers that are around the city.
*Late check-ins after 22:00h will have an extra charge of 20€ to be paid in cash at your arrival.*

I work in the Tourist Information Centre so depending on your wills and likes I can I give you all kinds of tips and practical information to explore the city and surrounding area.

A very real neighborhood where people of Madrid live in full coexistence with immigration as part of our history and identity over the years.
Perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid, you can walk to the main points downtown and if you need public transport you have different subway and bus stops near by and Atocha (main train station), everything on a walking distance.
Within 5 minutes walking to the Plaza de Tirso de Molina (Metro L1) and the Plaza de Lavapies (L3). 10 minutes from Sol (L1, L2, L3), La Latina (L5) and Atocha (L1 and Cercanías and long distance trains).
