=> * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time at which we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11:30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys.
=> * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we see you in the apartment when you arrive).
If you need it you can always store your luggage for a few hours in the lockers of the Atocha train station or in one of the many lockers that are around the city.
*Late check-ins after 22:00h will have an extra charge of 20€ to be paid in cash at your arrival.*
We will receive you personally at your arrival to welcome you, to show you the house and give you all the information you need to prepare your trip and explore the neighborhood and the city of Madrid. You will be in the historic center of Madrid.
A very authentic and dynamic area, known as the Barrio de las Letras, which has recently become the fashionable district of Madrid. Full of shops, bars and independent restaurants.
Perfectly located in the center of Madrid, you can walk to the most significant points of the city and if you have to take the Metro or the Train you have several stations a few minutes from home.
5 minutes walk from the Train Station of Atocha and Antón Martín (L1 Metro) and Atocha street with a large number of bus lines. 10 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol and 15 from the Plaza Mayor.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the Museum area (Reina Sofía, Prado and Thyssen). And 10 minutes from the entrance of the Retiro by the Cuesta de Moyano.
